EFT tapping technique

In the last ten years the western scientific/medical world has been studying energy healing modes, and verifying their effectiveness using western scientific methodology. The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “tapping”, is one of the most recent energy healing techniques studies. It has been found to be effective, fast, and easy to administer. Tapping is effective in nearly all situations, ranging in effectiveness from outright cures of fears, phobias, and depression to reducing stress and pain and improving post-operative healing. Amazingly, this tapping procedure can be self-administered, easily learned and applied, and the simple instructions are freely available. EFT founder Gary Craig provides everything you need to know on his website: * www.garythink.com/eft/eft-tutorial.html * Jack Canfield, one of America best-selling authors and success coach, tells how he has been using EFT effectively on himself and others at * http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abRF47I8dKc * He uses EFT in conjunction with the “law of attraction” and highly recommends it. This short YouTube video is very informative and entertaining. Dawson Church has been carefully and scientifically studying and conducting research about EFT and other energy healing phenomena. In his website:* http://dawsonchurch.com/ * he discusses clinical trials and other proofs that EFT is a valuable effective healing technique, as well as how it works physiologically. Much more information can be found by Googling “Dawson Church EFT research”. Gene Monterastelli has developed a website with many additional EFT tools and Q & A about tapping at: * http://www.facebook.com/tappingqanda * It is free too. That is what I like about these energy psychology and healing people! Many give the basic information for free. Additional information and use of their professional services are usually low cost and a few sessions, rather than months and months (or years) of therapy, is usually all that is necessary.
